We want every homeowner who reaches Opponentstourism Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still, please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Opponentstourism Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Ohio.
Email contact@opponentstourism.garden and include:
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Once we know more, we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
